We do not respond to tickets UNLESS they have a valid Order# from either our own HD Retrovision Online Store (legacy purchase) or Amazon (“sold by HD Retrovision” only). This does not include orders from our distributors’ stores, including ones from Amazon not “sold by HD Retrovision”. All other tickets will be closed without response.

CastleMania Games Support can be found here and you should submit tickets there for ANY orders placed through them.
