At the current time, we are not responding to tickets UNLESS they have a valid Order# from either our own HD Retrovision Online Store or Amazon (sold by HD Retrovision). This does not include orders from other distributors’ stores, including ones from Amazon not “sold by HD Retrovision”. All other tickets will be closed without response.
